What should be paid attention to in the reuse of high-speed bottom die machine?
Full analysis of matters needing attention in the use of high-speed bottom die machine
First, before the equipment operation
Environmental requirements: ensure that the equipment is placed in a dry, ventilated and dust-free environment, so as to avoid short circuit of electrical components caused by wet environment, and dust entering the equipment will affect the service life of precision components (such as spindle and screw). At the same time, the ambient temperature should be controlled at 15-30℃. Too high or too low temperature may affect the processing accuracy and stability of the equipment.
Qualification of personnel: Operators need to undergo professional training and be familiar with the operation process of the equipment, the functions of various function buttons and the handling methods of emergencies. Unlicensed personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the equipment.
Equipment inspection:
Check the cutting tool: make sure that the cutting tool is firmly installed, and there is no abrasion or edge collapse, and select the appropriate cutting tool model according to the processing requirements (for example, when the hardness of the processing material is high, the cutting tool with good wear resistance should be selected).
Check the tool magazine: check whether the number of tools in the tool magazine is sufficient, whether the tool magazine runs smoothly and whether there is any jamming phenomenon.
Check the spindle: observe whether the spindle is abnormal in appearance, idle for a short time before starting, listen to whether the spindle running sound is normal, and judge whether there are abnormal sounds, vibrations and other problems.
Check the adsorption device: confirm the tightness of the adsorption platform, ensure that the workpiece can be firmly adsorbed during processing, and prevent the workpiece from shifting during processing.
Second, the equipment is in operation
Processing parameter settings:
Parameters such as spindle speed, feed speed and cutting depth should be set strictly according to the machining process requirements, so as to avoid tool damage, workpiece scrap and even equipment failure caused by unreasonable parameter setting. For example, when processing hard materials, the feed speed should be appropriately reduced and the spindle speed should be increased; When processing soft materials, the feed speed can be appropriately increased.
When machining a new workpiece or new technology for the first time, it is suggested to carry out trial machining first, observe the machining effect, and confirm that the parameters are correct before batch machining.
Operating specifications:
During the processing, the operator should monitor the running state of the equipment all the time, and observe whether the equipment has abnormal vibration and noise, and whether there are sparks, smoke and other abnormal conditions in the processing area.
It is forbidden to open the protective door or touch the processing area by hand during the operation of the equipment to prevent safety accidents.
If there are abnormal conditions (such as tool breakage and workpiece displacement, etc.) during machining, press the emergency stop button immediately, and then conduct fault investigation and treatment after the equipment stops completely.
Dust cleaning: a large amount of dust will be generated during the processing, which needs to be cleaned in time through the dust suction device of the equipment to avoid dust accumulation in the guide rail, screw rod and other parts of the equipment, which will affect the accuracy and service life of the equipment. At the same time, operators should also do their own protection and wear protective equipment such as dust masks.
Third, after the equipment operation
Equipment cleaning:
After closing the equipment, clean the workbench, spindle, tool magazine and other parts of the equipment to remove residual dust, chips and other debris.
When cleaning, special cleaning tools and cleaning agents should be used to avoid using corrosive cleaning agents to damage the equipment surface.
Tool and tool magazine maintenance:
Clean and check the used tools, and replace them in time if the tools are seriously worn.
Lubricate and maintain the tool magazine to ensure the smooth operation of the tool magazine.
Power off of equipment: power off all parts of the equipment in turn according to the operation flow of the equipment. It is forbidden to directly cut off the main power supply to prevent data loss or hardware damage caused by sudden power failure of the equipment.
Recording and feedback: The operator needs to record the running time of the equipment, the number of processed workpieces, the faults and treatment methods, and analyze these information regularly, so as to provide a basis for equipment maintenance, maintenance and process optimization. If the equipment fails frequently or the machining accuracy drops obviously, it should be fed back to the equipment maintenance personnel or the technical support of the manufacturer in time.
