What are the daily maintenance methods of high-speed bottom die machine?

Full guide to daily maintenance and maintenance methods of high-speed bottom die machine

First, the spindle system maintenance

Lubrication and maintenance: add special lubricating grease to the high-speed spindle regularly, and generally check and replenish it every 500 hours. Pay attention to the matching of grease model and equipment when adding, so as to avoid insufficient lubrication or overheating of the spindle due to improper grease.

Cleaning and dust removal: after each processing, use compressed air (the air pressure should not be too high to prevent damage to the spindle parts) to clean the dust and chips on the surface and inside of the spindle to prevent foreign objects from entering the spindle and affecting its accuracy and life. It is necessary to disassemble the dust cover of the spindle every month to carry out deep cleaning inside.

Accuracy detection: use a dial indicator to detect the radial runout and axial runout of the spindle every quarter. If the runout exceeds 0.01mm, it is necessary to contact professionals for adjustment or maintenance in time to ensure the machining accuracy of the spindle.

Second, the tool magazine and tool maintenance

Cleaning and lubrication of the tool magazine: clean the dust and oil stain inside the tool magazine every week, and apply special lubricating oil to the transmission gear and guide rail of the tool magazine to ensure the smooth tool changing action of the tool magazine. Check the positioning accuracy of the tool magazine every month. If there is tool positioning deviation when changing tools, adjust the positioning mechanism of the tool magazine.

Tool management: establish a tool usage account to record the usage time of each tool and the number of processed workpieces. When the tool wear reaches 5% of the diameter, or there are cases of edge collapse and curling, it should be replaced in time. When storing tools, they should be placed in special tool boxes to avoid collision damage, and tools of different types and specifications should be stored in different categories.

Third, the transmission system maintenance

Screw maintenance:

Cleaning: Wipe the dust and oil stain on the screw surface with a soft cloth every week, and avoid scraping the screw thread with hard tools.

Lubrication: Add special screw lubricating oil for the screw every two weeks, and evenly cover the screw thread when smearing to ensure that the screw is fully lubricated during the movement.

Accuracy check: use a dial indicator to check the straightness of the screw rod every month. If the straightness error exceeds 0.02mm/m, the screw rod needs to be corrected or replaced.

Guide rail maintenance:

Cleaning: wipe the surface of the guide rail with a cleaning cloth before processing every day to remove dust and chips and prevent the guide rail from being worn.

Lubrication: Apply special lubricating oil for the guide rail every day to ensure the lubrication effect of the guide rail during movement. Check the parallelism and straightness of the guide rail every quarter. If the error is large, it needs to be adjusted.

Fourth, the electrical system maintenance

Maintenance of electrical cabinet: Open the electrical cabinet every week, clean the dust inside with dry compressed air, and check whether the wiring of electrical components (such as contactors, relays, PLC, etc.) is firm, loose and burnt. Check whether the cooling fan of the electric cabinet works normally every month. If the fan is damaged, it needs to be replaced in time to prevent the electrical components from being damaged by overheating.

Line inspection: regularly check whether the power cord and signal wire of the equipment are damaged or aging. If problems are found, the lines should be replaced in time to avoid equipment failures or safety accidents caused by line problems.

Five, adsorption and dust removal system maintenance

Maintenance of adsorption platform: clean the surface of adsorption platform every day, remove the residual workpiece debris and dust, and check the sealing performance of adsorption platform. If the sealing rubber strip is found to be damaged, it needs to be replaced in time to ensure the adsorption effect. Check the working state of the adsorption pump every month. If the adsorption force is insufficient, check whether the pump body leaks or replace the filter element of the adsorption pump.

Maintenance of dust removal system: clean the dust in the dust removal pipeline every week, check the cleanliness of the dust removal filter element, and if the filter element is seriously blocked, it needs to be cleaned or replaced in time. Check the running status of the dust removal fan every month. If the noise of the fan is too high or the air volume is obviously reduced, the fan needs to be overhauled or replaced.

Six, the whole machine regular inspection

Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment once a month, including the levelness of the equipment (detected with a level gauge), the fastening of various components (such as whether the screws and nuts are loose), and whether the safety protection devices are in good condition.

Every six months, the technical personnel of the manufacturer are invited to conduct a comprehensive precision inspection and maintenance of the equipment, including spindle precision, screw precision, guide rail precision, etc., to ensure that the equipment maintains good processing performance for a long time.
